Build something worth protecting

Every stronger tower helps the fortress hold. The Cure Project gives that survival a destination: create a research Core, protect the breakthrough, and advance through seven milestones toward the Final Cure.

Creating a Core is the beginning

Your first goal is the 2048 Prototype Core. Creating it unlocks the Cure Project, but does not yet secure the first stage. The Core must survive its validation defense. Watch its health and the approaches that threaten it; a large number alone does not make it safe.

Look for “CORE VALIDATION COMPLETE” and “CURE PROJECT 1/7”. That confirmation marks the first secured milestone. Later Journeys build and validate the next breakthrough. Once Field Validation is secured, creating the Final Cure completes the campaign.

Game rule: protect the Research Core

If your active Research Core is destroyed, Game Over is triggered—even if other towers are still standing. Its marker follows the same Core when it moves or merges upward. Another high-tier tower does not automatically take its place.

Creating a Core changes what you must protect. Keep its health and the threats approaching it in view. If a valid checkpoint is available, Game Over can offer a free restore; paid or ad revival cannot bypass Core loss.

Seven milestones, one destination

1 · Prototype Core — 2048
Build the first viable Core and protect it through validation.

2 · Core Stabilization — 4096
Bring the next Core through its stabilization test.

3 · Vaccine Synthesis — 8192
Create the synthesis Core and hold it through its test.

4 · Immunity Broadening — 16384
Protect the next breakthrough through the immunity test.

5 · Production Preparation — 32768
Prepare production and defend it through the production test.

6 · Field Validation — 65536
Secure field validation before the final step becomes available.

7 · Final Cure — 131072
Complete the final tower after Field Validation. This is the campaign’s goal.

Read your progress

Open Collection using the trophy destination, then select CURE in the current development build. The Current Fortress card shows your saved wave, current Core and next target. The Cure Project panel shows the milestones you have secured.

Tower discovery and Cure progress answer different questions. TOWERS records the forms you have created. CURE records secured research milestones. Browsing either page does not restore an earlier board; continue your saved fortress from HQ.

When the next merge costs coverage

Before chasing the next Core, inspect the fortress you will leave behind. Which side depends on the towers you are about to combine? Is the Core damaged? Can the remaining defenses reach the threats that matter? A useful merge keeps the research alive as well as moving it forward.

Use Ability Cards and Tactical Support with a specific threat in mind. Read the incoming warnings, then judge the result during Attack.

“What could reach my Core, and which defense would stop it?” Answer before Build, then watch the wave. The answer can change as towers are lost, enemies change, and the next milestone approaches.
